Theme Description
A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far, away...
It is a period of civil war. Rebel spaceships, striking from a hidden base, have won their first victory against the evil Galactic Empire. During the battle, Rebel spies managed to steal secret plans to the Empire's ultimate weapon, the Death Star, an armoured space station with enough power to destroy an entire planet.
You have just landed on another fighter ship. You are meeting up with the rest of the Rebel Alliance in preparation for an attack on the Empire to try and foil their plans in the creation of the Death Star. As your Millenium Falcon’s engine whirrs away in the background, You make your way through the ship towards the airlock door. Flashing lights, computers and metal walls surround you.
When you reach the open airlock, you are greeted by members of the Rebel Alliance. You are taken onto the bridge where a grand meal will be served before the planned attack. There is excitement and anxiety in the air, the thought that this may be your last battle looms in the back of your mind. Everyone is in good spirits.
The room is filled with futuristic equipment. Fantastic tables are laid out with rotating planet table centres, on 55cm mirrors and tealights. Over towards the far end of the room is a view of space, distant galaxies in the image of stars twinkle away whilst the night progresses.
A black and white dancefloor is anxiously waiting for people to strut their stuff on it.
All final preparations are made for the approaching battle The hum of activity is occasionally trespassed by the distorted voice of the loudspeaker issuing commands.
