Austin Powers Themed Event
Theme Description
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to have a Groovy, Smashing Time Baby!
Make sure you’ve got your wits about you as you enter the party this evening. Since escaping from their high security confinement Dr Evil, Scott Evil and Mini Me, are on an Evil rampage to capture Austin Powers, International Man of Mystery.
You will find the high security prison in the corner of the main room, and throughout the night, guests will have the opportunity to try to break back in, through the highly sensitive laser beams, to put Mini Me back where he belongs, and leave Dr. Evil pining.
Another way to punish Dr. Evil is to have a go at shooting the Mini Me! This will be on a shooting gallery with revolving targets resembling Mini Me.
The corridor entrance to the venue will be themed in a shagtastic Austin Powers style, with pink and purple panels covering the walls, and mirror balls throwing dots of lights about.
The Main room will be set up with ‘Loads and Loads of Crazy 1960s theming’, including flashing light boxes, groovy backdrop and water features with ‘Funky, Cool, or Groovy’ phrases on, together with 2.4m tall revolving records.
