Olympic Themed Event
Theme Description
Entering the venue along a twinkling black fibre optic star carpet and through a stone pillar entrance, guests will immediately notice the traditional Greek feel to the party.
Once through this door, guests will follow the line of pillars which will lead them into the centre of the room, where the theme will become even clearer with lifelike 2 Dimensional cut outs of such greats as Flo Jo, Sebastian Coe or Eddie the Eagle.
Displayed alongside each figure will be plaques with actual facts and figures about their achievements. stone pillars are situated around the room, and highlighted with up-lighting to enhance the ambience.
On the stage, in front of a twinkling starcloth, your guests will see a 3D stone pillar on either side, and behind these stretching to meet in the centre of the stage are smaller 2D replicas, adding depth and dimension to the stage set. Within the front 2 pillars are 2m silk flame burners in Olympic Torch surrounds, resembling Olympic flames.
Tables will be decorated with table centres made from the 5 Olympic Rings.
Intelligent lighting will swirl around the room with the Olympic 5 ring logo, and the same logo is replicated on swish tanks, bubbling and illuminated to attract attention.
