Winter Wonderland Themed Event
Theme Description
Make your way under the frosty pillar entrance tunnel and if you peer underneath the icicles hanging down over the exit to this tunnel you will catch a glimpse of a snowy forest ahead of you.
Duck under the icicles and out into the forest ahead. A small path is visible through the trees, so follow this through, following the small pools of light shining from traditional street lamps, which lead the way through to the venue of the evening’s party.
The party is being held at the foot of a mountain, and on top of this mountain the icy witches’ palace stands tall and foreboding yet beautiful. This will be visible, elevated on the stage at the far end of the room. In front of this, blocking out the night, are two tall flame burners, burning blue flames to keep the party atmosphere warm. In the centre of the stage is the witches glistening white ice sleigh anxiously awaiting her return.
If you turn and look behind you, the wood is visible, and behind this a snowy wood backdrop is highlighted with blue lighting to give the impression of the wood going on for miles.
In the centre of each table is an ice melt table centre with real ice, lit from an individual light source. An ice garland is delicately draped around the vase to give that frosty feel.
The effect is completed with intelligent lighting flashing around the room.
