Medieval Themed Event
Theme Description
Guests arer transported back to a time with medieval knights, jousting horses and mead
Pass by the 3D wagon with horse, and make your way to the castle entrance. As you enter the castle corridor allow your eyes to adjust to the dim lighting flickering from the flames and torches.
Moving through the dimly lit corridor with slow flickering lights guests eventually reach a grand courtyard area. Pennants and shields with Coats are fixed to the stone walls
On the opposite side of the room, behind the far battlements, you may just be able to make out the sea in the distance.
Tables, set in long rows, will be covered with Hessian table slips, and a medieval helmet with church candles will make up the centrepieces.
In a side room entertainment is provided of the old fashioned variety. Try your hand at the turnip shy, quoits, boules or large wooden Jenga.
Let your glasses overflow with mead for tonight you are a guest of the King. Just make sure you don’t upset your host, or you may end up in the dungeon!
